Cancellation Policy

PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCED. NO CALLS/ NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. IF CANCELING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, BUT RESCHEDULE THE SAME WEEK FEES WILL BE WAIVED. IF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT NEEDS MODIFICATION DUE TO TARDINESS, CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TOTAL.
